9. Brush Knee and Push (right hand)

Bow stance. Left palm pressing lightly down to the left of and over the left knee. The right palm is shoulder height with the fingers extending. relax and sink the left shoulder and elbow. Do not let the right wrist be too stiff or tight. The energy should flow through the wrist and out through the tups of the fingers.

The spine is straight and inclined. There should be a straight line from the back heel through the hips, spine and shoulders. The shoulders are square with neither one in front of the other.
